With the addition of a light probe we are also able to check internal features. Wall thicknesses can also be measured with the light probe.
Inspection reports are generated within seconds and the machine automatically calculates cpk and stores to the HDD. With this capability, the measurement system gives immediate feedback on any trends or variations in dimensions. Checking of up to 99 dimensions is possible in a matter of seconds with the click of a button.
PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
Our company offers PPAP on all parts due to customer requirements. Our PPAP engineer is on hand, therefore, to help with any questions. We carry out quality checks from receipt of goods through to dispatch to the customer.
